Our Insurance Cover
Interskills Group holds comprehensive business insurance through Hiscox Business Insurance.
Our cover includes:

• Professional Indemnity Insurance for Recruitment Consultants — protecting our clients and candidates against claims arising from errors, omissions, or negligent advice in the course of our recruitment activities.
• Public and Product Liability Insurance — covering up to £1,000,000 for each and every claim.

This insurance provides our clients and candidates a degree of security should any issues arise as a result of our recruitment activities. Our policy is renewed annually to ensure continuous cover, and a certificate of insurance is available on request.

Our Role as a Recruitment Agency

Interskills Group acts solely as a recruitment and placement agency, introducing candidates to client employers. We are not the employer of any candidate placed through our services. The employment relationship, including all rights, obligations, and terms of employment, exists solely between the candidate and the client employer.

Limitation of Liability

While we take all reasonable care in verifying candidate information, qualifications, and references, Interskills Group does not guarantee the suitability, performance, or conduct of any candidate placed, nor the conduct or actions of any client employer.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Interskills Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, damage, or expense arising from the recruitment relationship, any placement, or subsequent employment. Nothing in this page excludes or limits our liability where it cannot be excluded or limited by law, including in respect of death, personal injury, or fraud.

Client and Candidate Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for making their own final hiring decisions, including verifying candidate suitability for the role and conducting any additional checks they consider necessary. Candidates are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information and documentation they provide to us.
